There can be many factors leading to Fire TV Stick being stuck on the logo scenario at home. We will start with the most basic fixes to get your Fire TV Stick up and running.

1. Replug Fire TV Stick

A lose Fire TV Stick connection can be the prime factor behind the Fire TV Stick stuck at logo error. Maybe your little one messed up with Fire TV Stick connection or you went aggressively during the cleaning process at home and loosen up Fire TV Stick connection. Simply, unplug Fire TV Stick from your TV and wait for 60 seconds. Plug it back and turn on the TV. You should be able to see the Fire TV Stick home screen. 2. Use Default Fire TV Stick Adapter

Many users make this mistake during the first time Fire TV Stick setup. Users often ignore the default adapter and go with a third-party one with less wattage. In some cases, we have seen users simply opting for a default USB port on the TV to keep the Fire TV Stick in charge. You should avoid this practice and go with the default adapter that came with the Fire TV Stick packaging.

3. Use Another HDMI Port

Most TVs come with multiple HDMI ports to use. If you connect Fire TV Stick to a dysfunctional HDMI port, it won’t go past the logo screen. You may need to change the HDMI port and plug Fire TV Stick into a different one. Don’t forget to change the HDMI screen using the TV remote.

4. Cool Down Fire TV Stick

This is applicable to those living in warm areas. Due to heavy Fire TV Stick usage, the device might get warm and it can lead to Fire TV Stick stuck at logo problem. Turn off the TV and unplug Fire TV Stick. Let it cool down for a minute or two. Once you feel Fire TV Stick is ready to use again, you can plug it back in and start streaming your favorite TV show or movie.

5. Use Fire TV Stick Without HDMI Adapter

Based on your TV hardware, you might need to use an HDMI adapter to connect Fire TV Stick to the TV. If not required, you should ditch the HDMI adapter altogether. Some of the adapters might not be up to the mark and you will face issues with it.

6. Use Original Charging Cable

Just like the original Fire TV Stick adapter, you should go with the data cable that came with the original box. If you try using a crappy third-party data cable to charge Fire TV Stick, you might get troubles with the power supply. The insufficient power supply can result in Fire TV Stick stuck at logo issue.

7. Reset Fire TV Stick

You can easily reset Fire TV Stick from the Settings menu. Since you are not able to access the Fire OS home screen, you need to use Fire TV Stick remote to reset Fire TV Stick. Here’s how. Press and hold the right and back buttons at the same time for 10 seconds. It will initiate the reset process and you will soon have instructions on the screen to reset Fire TV Stick. 8. Try Another TV

Maybe the issue is with your TV and not the Fire TV Stick. You can try connecting Fire TV Stick to another TV and see if you can go past the logo screen. You can also hook up Fire TV Stick with your work monitor. Most monitors come with an HDMI plug to utilize Fire TV Stick.
